Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn items in their original condition, with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please email info@briahartemis.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm your request and provide detailed instructions.

All return shipping costs — domestic and international — are the responsibility of the customer. Please share tracking information once the return has been dispatched.

Once received at our warehouse, returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed. If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, it will be sent back and the return request declined.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
